Pakistan claims of not using F-16 jet to smash down Indian fighter jets

Since Pakistan has shot down two Indian jets, everybody is wondering whether Pakistan has used F-16 jets to crash down the Indian fighter jets. The US is all set for seeking information about the said issue. US Embassy established at Islamabad has declared it already that if it is true then it will may violate the sale agreement regarding F-16 between Pakistan and Washington.

While, as per the reported, demanded from Pakistani officials, it cleared out that Pakistan has nit used any F-16 jet to smash down Indian warplanes. It was just an act of self-defense. A spokesman of US Embassy has told a foreign news agency that, “We are aware of these reports and are seeking more information. We take all allegations of misuse of defense articles very seriously.”

It is also reported that Pakistan has bought several F-16 jets from Washington when their relations were smooth. “The US government does not comment on or confirm pending investigations of this nature,” the US Embassy further added.
